Meet the team.
Jordan Stevenot, LCMHC-S
Helping people has been on my heart for as long as I can remember. My journey has been about discovering the most thoughtful and effective path to carry out that calling. J3 Counseling represents the beginning of the culmination of my experiences—personal and professional—providing both renewed purpose and practical ways to move forward in serving and supporting others.
Owner/J3 Counseling/Therapist
Chad Barron, LMFT
Milton Erickson once wrote that people don’t come to therapy “for enlightenment about the unchangeable past but because of dissatisfaction with the present and a desire to better the future.” I love working with people who feel stuck — helping them uncover new ways of making sense of their past, shift how they relate and respond in the present, and intentionally build a more satisfying future that aligns with their values, strengths, and goals.

Craig Beckner, LCMHC-A
I provide deeply compassionate, skilled, and attuned care to diverse individuals, couples, and families who are navigating unique challenges and seeking both practical and profound ways to heal, grow, and positively transform their lives and relationships. My background in therapy is rooted in both personal and professional experience, so I understand the difficulty of finding the right fit and effective approaches, and I work collaboratively to tailor support that genuinely meets your needs.

Life has hard seasons. Because each person, child, and family is different, therapy shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all. Maybe you’re a mother juggling pregnancy, parenting, work, relationships, and daily demands. Maybe your child or teen struggles with friendships, self-esteem, anxiety, or depression. Maybe your family feels stuck, disconnected, or adjusting to change. Whatever season you’re in, we can face it together.
